How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link.

Why was my upload rejected?

Soundra has automated and manual moderation. Common reasons: copyright infringement, prohibited content, low quality. You'll receive an in-app notification with the reason.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. All your content, follows, likes, and comments are removed.

How do I block someone?

Open their profile → tap the three-dot menu → Block. Blocked users can't see your content, send you messages, or interact with you. Manage your blocked list in Settings → Blocked Users.

How do I report copyright infringement?

On the offending content, tap the three-dot menu → Report → Copyright infringement. Fill out the form completely (we require ownership confirmation, original work proof, and contact email per DMCA).

How does Super Like work?

You get 2 Super Likes per day. They reset every 24 hours at 00:00 UTC. Unused likes do not carry over. Super Likes boost a creator's ranking score.

Why are Following and Followers counts different than the list?

Counts and lists exclude users you've blocked or who have blocked you. This is intentional and matches industry-standard behavior.
