Welcome to Soundra. These Terms of Service explain how you can use the Soundra app and our services. By creating an account and using Soundra, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Soundra. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian. Soundra may host content intended for mature audiences; the App Store age rating may therefore be 17+.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it. Each person may hold only one account; you may not share or transfer your account. Never share your password.
You own the songs, videos, cover art, comments, and profile information you upload to Soundra. By uploading, you grant Soundra a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, play, surface in rankings, and distribute your content within the Service. You confirm you have all rights necessary for everything you upload.
You may not upload content you don't own. To report copyright infringement, write to copyright@soundra.net with proof of ownership, identifying the copyrighted work and the infringing material on Soundra. Repeat infringers will have their accounts permanently terminated.
Soundra should be a safe and enjoyable place for everyone. The following are not allowed:
Violating content is removed and accounts may be suspended or terminated.
Tokens within the app are only usable for in-platform interactions such as Super Likes. They have no real-world monetary value and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged. Token economics (daily grants, costs) may change over time.
Uploaded content goes through automated or manual moderation. Soundra reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts it considers in violation of these Terms. You can appeal a decision by writing to support@soundra.net.
You can permanently delete your account anytime via Settings → Delete Account. This action is irreversible: all your content, follows, comments, and interaction history are removed from the system. Soundra may also terminate your account without notice for serious violations of these Terms.
Most of what you see on Soundra is created by other users. Soundra is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of user-generated content. You can report suspicious content from the 3-dot menu; reports are reviewed quickly.
Soundra is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages arising from user-generated content. Our total liability is limited to what you paid Soundra in the last 12 months (zero for free users).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll let you know about important changes through in-app notifications. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new Terms.
